Honestly, I see bits of dystopian culture infiltrated the world we live in today.
Examples include authoritarian and bureaucracy. These are just examples of people being controlled by the government and in some cases, might get very extreme. This instances actually reflect hints of dystopian culture.
Honestly, I do not see any way to solve this problem, its just.... so based on human nature.
Human's domination instincts, greed, all these instincts is what I believe breeds dystopian culture.
These factors are not easily changeable and varies from person to person. as such, it will not be very easy to control.
